“Light the sky” is one of the FIFA world Cup 2022 Soundtracks. The Cone structure, through the development and the production stage. We had this idea to sync the visuals with the performance live. The rehearsals with @sadeck and the dancers were recorded and designed accordingly. It would not have occurred without the support of @katara’s post-production team and, specifically—the grid structure. The visuals were inspired by Al-Thumama Stadium’s patterns (side view) and the reflections of the spotlight through movement and materials. We used almost 30 projectors (all sizes, brands, and servers). It was a collaborative effort to assemble it in less than three days for @fifaworldcup. The awesome @kareemgraphy did the calligraphy and worked hand in hand with the brilliant @mshishini to project in Souq waqif and Alsheikh Faisal’s museum.
