CIFRA is a digital art platform that brings together artists, galleries, collectors, and audiences. It offers curated selections of contemporary media art, thematic seasons, playlists, and editorial content — all designed to help people experience art in new ways and to support the artists behind it.

How does my subscription support artists?

Every subscription directly contributes to the CIFRA Royalty Fund. From the total subscription income, 51% goes into a shared royalty pool distributed among artists.

How are royalties calculated?

The royalty an artist receives is based on the total minutes their artwork is watched. This means your engagement on the platform directly increases artists’ income.

What else does CIFRA do to support artists?

CIFRA provides visibility, opportunities, and long-term support through:

Thematic selections and homepage recommendations
Spotlight features (socials, CIFRA TV, curated drops)
Editorial newsletters
The annual CIFRA Award — offering global exposure, jury recognition, and professional development

How often will I be charged?

CIFRA Club is a recurring subscription. Depending on the region and plan you selected, it is billed monthly or annually. Your current plan and next billing date are always visible in your Wallet.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Where you cancel depends on where you started your subscription:

If purchased through the App Store / Google Play / any app store → cancellation must be done in that store.
If purchased directly on the CIFRA website → cancellation is available inside your CIFRA account on the platform.

Your Wallet automatically shows where your subscription was originally activated — making it easy to navigate.

The subscription price in the app may vary depending on the user’s region, taxes, exchange rates, and store recommendations (Apple and Google).

Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. You will retain full access to CIFRA Club until the end of your current billing period. Payments already made for the ongoing billing period are non-refundable, and unused time within that period cannot be reimbursed.

What happens to my playlists and profile after cancellation?

Your profile and playlists remain intact. You simply lose access to CIFRA Club until you reactivate your membership.
