Atlas the Other Shore

Dockyards and wharves, the gateways between land and sea, where dreams take flight, carry stories of "arrival" and "departure". These cherished landmarks weave a narrative of collective memories, while also reflecting the universal search for belonging and purpose, both in the past and the living present.

With these iconic local features, I aspire to craft a HK tale in abstractions, evolving from an entrepôt to an international metropolis. The triptych includes six locations in HK, all depicted in abstract approach with reference to old local maps: (left to right)
