A Meal for the Rest of Your Life

A Meal for the Rest of Your Life is a shortfilm made as a part of 2071, a speculative design exhibition I created in 2024. Based on a years worth of research on GMO's, I formulated a future world in which local, native crops to each region could fully sustain and feed local humans and animals with the use of genetic mutation. 

This short film is meant to be propoganda of this world to showcase the "unhealthy" and "unruly" eating habits of the "past", eating habits we live today. 

By incorporating AI voice model training, the narrator of this film was born through a neural network that was trained on old eating etiquette videos from the 1950s. It is not a real human speaking.
