Laudenfeesh

Laundenfeesh is a film remix of the earlier work krakfish, using its source material as a foundation to construct something entirely new. Where krakfish explored the monumental presence of the Vol au Vent through the transformation of a single photograph, Laudenfeesh-sksm pushes that process further — fragmenting, re-sequencing, and abstracting the original footage into a new visual language.

This remix functions less as a derivative and more as a re-imagining — interrogating the nature of repetition, mutation, and the digital artefact. Visual motifs are stretched and distorted; new rhythms emerge from the residue of the previous work. What was once observational becomes more chaotic, gestural, and expressive.

Laudenfeesh-sksm continues the investigation into the lifecycle of the image — how meaning shifts through manipulation, and how a single moment can generate multiple aesthetic outcomes through recontextualisation.
