Prism.Compiled

The Prism series is an early exploration of the perceptual insecurity is experience from partial color-blindness. The piece was a simple experiment, I tried to represent the color spectrum—over time—using colors that I perceived as having relatively similar saturation. The success of failure is depending on the viewers own ability to see color.

The original version of Prism took the form of a webpage, built with HTML5, CSS3, and an MP3 file; it scaled and adapted to the viewport it was experienced with; and looped infinitely. Prism.Compiled reimagines the experience in the form of a widescreen video piece.
