Katia Sophia Ditzler

Katia Sophia Ditzler (b. 1992) is a Russian-German interdisciplinary media artist, writer, and filmmaker. She studied Creative Writing, Cultural Anthropology, and Shadow Puppetry in Leipzig, Kyiv, Moscow, Yogyakarta, and Berlin. Her practice operates at the intersection of text, sound, moving image, performance, and extended reality. Her debut book Lieder der Dreistigkeit (Songs of Audacity), a poetry collection accompanied by poetry films, was published in autumn 2022.
