Crazy Colours Dance Around My Head is an experimental film that explores the tension between creative euphoria and the collapse into psychosis. Built around original footage shot by sound artist AneurGasm creating feelings/emotions of a trip gone wrong, fractured by hallucination and terror. The work becomes a study in disintegration—of thought, of perception, of self.

Dex Hannon takes this raw, chaotic material and reinterprets it through a visual language that pulses, repeats, and distorts. What begins with the seduction of vivid colour and euphoric intensity quickly unravels into a looping internal wreckage—where escape feels as impossible as clarity.

Structured around a poem by Dexuality Valentino, the film walks a thin line between imagination and destruction. Crazy Colours Dance Around My Head is not just a visual narrative—it’s a descent. An abstract collision of sound, image, and psyche. A warning. A memory. A moment trapped on repeat.
