Splitting the second

A sound performance. An interval of one second is picked up with contact microphone from hand watches, then is expanded until it lasts one minute and goes back, referring to the conception of the microscopy of time in a free interpretation. Live generative in Max.  
 
The project is made in Max, using the length of several harmonics of the sound of watches so it keeps all relations of "expanded second" in correct proportion to the original sound.
