Cosmos-mapping Generative: Exploration

This artwork investigates the parallel between cosmic vastness and algorithmic unknowns, positioning generative AI as a “portal”. It operates as a recursive video generation loop, where each 10-second visual scene is AI-generated (using Kling v1.6) based on the final frame of the previous video, mimicking cosmic emergence—each state of matter birthing the next. Starting from a seed image, semantic keywords are extracted to guide the AI in synthesizing short visual fragments. These fragments evolve endlessly as the final frame of each iteration feeds into the next. To enhance immersion, every 10-second visual shift is synchronized with a dynamically evolving musical layer (via Suno AI), where rhythmic or atmospheric changes flow continuously, subtly reflecting the visual transitions. Orchestrated in Unity, the system ensures precise audio-visual coherence and spatial transitions, creating a rhythmic progression that evokes both time’s flow and celestial logic. In this way, the project proposes generative art not as a finished product, but as an ongoing negotiation with the unknown.
