Naked Eye& inner Ear/ Eisenstein

Naked Eye and Inner Ear is the project of thereminist Lydia Kavina and multi media artist Joachim Schaeffer. This is a documentary of their performance in Brussels Musical Instruments Museum, in 2006. Each sound played by the theremin is appointed to a particular video fragment of the iconic film by S.Eisenstein, Battleship Potemkin. Playing the theremin, the performer creates the new movie in real time.
