INCIDENTAL

INCIDENTAL was a sound performance that took place on November 30, 2024, at De Thomas Kerk, Amsterdam, Netherlands, exploring control, disruption, and transformation through voices, sounds, and dynamic electronic textures. In response to the unique acoustics of De Thomas' brutalist building, the focus was on incidental sounds (subtle, often unnoticed elements), along with field recordings, the church's resonant organ, analog instruments, and computer-generated sounds.
