In the conceptual film "Bones and Bonfires" commissioned by the Macalline Art Center, the artist explores the theme "How can I be plural?" The artist gathers a group of friends with different identities in a wild outdoor setting. They gather around a bonfire, creating a circle, and hold a ritual centered around observing a bone. The bone takes the shape of the letter "I". Ultimately, the bone is cast into the fire by a "non- human" figure, suggesting that the death of the individual self is perhaps the path towards becoming plural.
