Puja 7 min 9'' 2009 1st-Chanel video. Sound by Savenko Eugene. Part of the "The Third level" installation, Al-Gallery, 2009. The project shares my own experience during the journey in the Himalayas mountains, India. Video documented the Puja-purified ritual made by pilgrims after long way journey to the source of the Ganges River. This ritual Puja process, in different parts of India, is liberating, purifying and a form of Yoga of the spirit and emotions. For some the divine is everywhere, without limits to its form, and a puja to these manifestations signifies the same spiritual meaning to those who choose to offer a prayer to persons, places, or rivers. During the computer editing prosses i play with the speed and duration of the video and audio and try to convey the feeling of transformation of consciousness, when you are in the prosses of spiritual journey.
