Immanence, an edit

A sequence of extracts from Immanence, a life, a score I wrote upon request in order to harness the artistic powers of the group of artists gathered as collaborators for what was hopefully an update on the same principles of artistic collaboration and horizontal relationships that governed the collective known as EA, formed in Brooklyn around 2004 and comprising of artists Gill Arno, Richard Garet, Andy Graydon, Andre Goncalves, Ben Owen and Gil Sanson. For this project all former members were invited to participate and to invite a fellow artist of their choosing. Graydon and Owen were onboard, and Michael Pisaro and Any Guthrie accepted the invitation to be a part of it. The resulting piece was released on Makam/Dromos, and this edit is exclusive to this platform.
