About

"☿” is a sonic exploration of solitude as a transformative force, not absence, but a living presence. The project emerges from a long-term research on the shift from solipsism to presence: the moment in which an isolated inner world becomes aware of others, of time, of memory. In this work, sound acts as both matter and metaphor, shaping a mythopoetic landscape where personal and collective histories dissolve into each other. Drawing from liminality, metaphysics, and invented folklore, "☿" imagines Mercury as the brother of the Moon, a planet that receives her light and returns it as metal, vibration, and echo. This alchemical exchange becomes a way to speak about emotional distance, unspoken intimacy, and the desire for a solitude that is finally chosen, not imposed. The sound palette works through layers that behave like sediments: memories that never existed yet feel familiar. Each track functions as a threshold, a muted ritual where the listener enters the liquid space of a world-womb, a metaphorical lagoon where silence is never still, only suspended. "☿" is, ultimately, a project about being seen in one's quietness. About the subtle awareness that every inner world runs parallel to another. About the obscure, shared sorrow, and shared wonder, that makes us human.
