Nicola Godman (b.1989, Gotland) is a visual artist working with video, sound, photography and installation. In her work she explores topics of rural identity, tourism and folklore through playful narratives, using a sense of anticipation. Godman has studied at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie, Amsterdam and at Konstfack University, Stockholm. Her work has been exhibited in Sweden, The Netherlands, France, Lithuania, Montenegro, Germany and Finland.
