This video work explores the quiet pressures embedded in mobile gaming. Through fragments of gameplay, in-game ads, and loops of interaction, the piece reflects on how even escapism can feel transactional. Small demands of time, attention, emotion accumulate, echoing the microaggressions and systemic fatigue experienced in daily life.

Referencing the mood of Mark Fisher’s lost futures, the work sits in the tension between distraction and disillusionment, asking what it means to seek comfort in systems that quietly mirror the ones we’re trying to escape.
