sea of my escape: love

I wanted to make a film about those who sailed the seas, about the inhabitants of the coastal strip - borderline creatures, heroes of two worlds, truly belonging to neither of them.
Why do they go to sea? 
What stories are they coming back with? 
Who do they tell these stories to?

The film was shot as part of the Art-Continuum nomadic residency in Thailand in March 2019.
"sea of my escape" is  a series of small stories embodied in dance, movement, united by common heroes - “sailors” and something that came from the deep. While the first story, “love,” is ready, the rest are in production.
