12 Hz

Beta (12 to 30 Hz) brainwaves are associated with active, analytical thought and are dominant during wakefulness. It is believed that exposure to this frequency can enhance logical thinking, problem-solving, and can lead to heightened alertness. 12 Hz is part of my “Art for Healings” collection which presents audio-visual art promoting relaxation and anxiety relief. Inspired by the principles of color and sound frequencies healing and bilateral stimulation, the collection features original audio and visual art pieces. It's important to approach these associations with an understanding that they are more symbolic and spiritual rather than scientifically validated. Sound frequencies can have subjective effects on individuals, and the perceived benefits may be influenced by personal beliefs and experiences.
