Tobias is an arts journalist, author, copy writer and radio host based in Berlin, Germany. For CIFRA, he curates the sound art section. His biggest project is the 15 Questions series, for which he has conducted around 3,000 interviews over one and a half decades. These interviews go to the heart of what music is and means and the many different ways artists experience and approach it. Its outreach is global, with interviewees coming from all continents and from all across all genres.
