During Art Miami, Alexandra Mas presented a performative public intervention centred on the theme of light. Throughout the fair, visitors were invited to write freely about light using white acrylics, while simultaneously listening to the sonification of their own electromagnetic field via the INEREU app, a technology that translates the body's invisible frequencies into sound.
The resulting triptych gathered an extraordinary range of voices: nearly every language present, and every mode of human inquiry — spiritual, poetic, mathematical, physical — drawn together around a single, ancient subject.
Returning as Creative Ambassador for INEREU for the second consecutive year, Mas positions the work at the intersection of participatory art, sensory experience, and living science, dissolving the boundary between artist, instrument, and public.
