This series of 13 art pieces is the first chapter of the “Almost Human” collection. “Almost Human” is an audio/visual project that subverts the concept of human identity in a world where technology is gaining the capacity to uncontrollably change society, culture, and our very species itself. By introducing a non-human creative collaborator, the project aims to provide a fresh and more objective perspective on how our minds and bodies work. 
“Idle Hands” addresses the classic notion of creativity being tied to brain-hand connection, which is now challenged by AI. Through CGI and AI, real dancer performances take on new forms. The movement of Hands, that is initially strictly controlled and then dissolves into an improvisation, symbolize artists' AI-driven exploration while retaining creative autonomy.
