Let me see you Genesia

“Let me see you Genesia” is a video artwork derived from the phygital live performance “I see you Genesia”. Through 
an imaginative connection between virtual and material bodies, the artist uses motion capture trackers and virtual reality visor in order to impersonate her alter ego Genesia. As a single multidimensional being, they will sensually perform a strip-tease then they will dance to the rhythm of the high bpm techno sounds produced live.
The Artwork unfolds in two acts, in the first one we see the artist, as an explorer of metaverse worlds, wandering through an unknown digital land, in which she seeks and invokes her alter ego Genesa. She is the only one who can guide him through a voyage that seems more like a inner-identity journey. In the second act, the artist finally join her at the edge of the virtual world, inside a virtual club where neon and spotlights illuminates their purple skin. Now, Genesia will perform a strip-tease for all those kinky curious voyagers on the notes of Angel by Massive Attack
