How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Where you cancel depends on where you started your subscription:

If purchased through the App Store / Google Play / any app store → cancellation must be done in that store.
If purchased directly on the CIFRA website → cancellation is available inside your CIFRA account on the platform.

Your Wallet automatically shows where your subscription was originally activated — making it easy to navigate.

The subscription price in the app may vary depending on the user’s region, taxes, exchange rates, and store recommendations (Apple and Google).

Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. You will retain full access to CIFRA Club until the end of your current billing period. Payments already made for the ongoing billing period are non-refundable, and unused time within that period cannot be reimbursed.

What happens to my playlists and profile after cancellation?

Your profile and playlists remain intact. You simply lose access to CIFRA Club until you reactivate your membership.
