Written and voice tutorial for Quick Guide to Flying

Since the video includes a spoken tutorial in Portuguese, I translated it into English and recorded it again in my own voice. This was done to create a better experience both for viewers who do not understand Portuguese and for those who are unable to see the video. In this way, they can follow the work through the audio, or alternatively, by reading the instructions displayed on the cover of the file.
