This is time-lapse selfportraiture. It took around 3h and 512 frames sitting still, waiting for the blossoms wither. This process is intense and shows resistance and resilience. As time passes, the vigor fades, along with the beauty of the blossoms. Both connected, body and blossoms being swallowed by the time, reveal how ephemeral and dual life is. We live and die at the same time.
