The Straw

The film the Straw is part of a large project of the life of the artistic community, which finds itself in a situation of timelessness and lost illusions. Artists create utopia as a salvation from oppression and offer their own model of existence inside a bubble that supposedly hides them from reality. The film Straws tells about an event invented and embodied by the artist Pakhom. The action takes place in Russia in 2022, in the village of Kapustino near Moscow and on the island of Nega.
