The Bottom of a Turbulent Ocean of Air
A circus tent rises and seals its audience inside a shifting world of air, where clouds part to reveal fractured glimpses of beaches, ice, and swings, images both familiar and strange. The camera itself intrudes, breaking the illusion just as the scene dissolves into a tunnel back through time, to streets from another era. We wonder how we drift so freely between moments, we remember where we are: beneath the tent, which is now collapsing around us.
