Surrender

Surrender was filmed in the Tyrrhenian Sea off the Aeolian Islands, Italy. The work is a meditation on surrender and presence, where the body gives itself to the movement of water. Sea and body become shifting surfaces and currents, dissolving distinctions between inner and outer, resistance and release, individual presence and a larger field.
