Screen Recording 2026-03-21 at 4.54.13 PM is a new web-installation utilizing existing videos from the 7 channel video and light installation Distorted Perception, 2022. (This recording was made as work was finished on the WIP version of Website. Project on-site updated to reflect current information) Distorted Perception examines how queer identity and the body are mediated through technology. Distorted Perception explores how the body is mediated, multiplied, and fragmented through screens. Distorted Perception transforms the digital display into sculptural form that reflects on how visibility can both affirm and distort. Screenshot 2026-03-21 at 5.12.37 PM.png is where inception, extreme repetition, and a convoluted expansion of what is known meets your eyeballs, brain and fingertips in web-form.
