Return to Roots explores the idea of home as something deeply embedded within both memory and nature. The human figure becomes a living landscape—formed from wood, stone, and forest—revealing an inner sanctuary carved into its core. At the center, a quiet house emerges, symbolizing origin, belonging, and the emotional spaces we carry within us. Rather than being external, “home” is presented as an internal terrain—shaped by time, experience, and connection to the earth. The work reflects on the human desire to return—not only to a physical place, but to a state of harmony with nature and self.
