Synopsis: The narrative unfolds through The Mask of True Self, a non-linear  journey following K’in as he traverses a shifting cosmology of symbolic worlds. The film begins in the Desert of Dreams, where K’in encounters a mysterious mask that speaks to him beyond language. Drawn toward it, he lifts it in his hands, examines it, and places it over his face. In that moment, his consciousness awakens — pulling him into a tunnel of perception that dissolves the boundaries of reality. He emerges into the Dance of Fire. From this point forward, the journey unfolds across a sequence of living worlds — the White Forest, the Path of Shadows, and the realm of the Monumental Guardians — each operating as a threshold of transformation. These environments are not passive landscapes, but active forces that challenge and reshape him. Fire becomes a language of purification. The forest holds states of stillness and reflection. Shadows reveal what has been buried. The Monumental Guardians embody ancestral force, confronting K’in with the weight of presence and inner strength.
