Development
"Development" (2022) proposes fantasy as a necessary construction — a vital tool for questioning the boundaries of the real. The work presents an event that seems to transgress the laws of experience, opening a breach where the impossible becomes tangible within a specific space or landscape. This is not an escape from reality, but a subversion of it. Through sculptural and sonic means, Development makes visible the invisible architecture of perception — revealing how fantasy can fissure a reality that feels fixed or incomplete. The work invites the viewer-listener to inhabit an intermediate space where the archaic and the digital, the psychological and the environmental, coexist. As a logical extension of my sculptural research into digital and sonic space, Development constructs form and sound to generate new territories of experience. It reminds us that the imagination is an indispensable component for perceiving the world anew — and that the landscape itself can become a canvas for the impossible. Here, fiction becomes a critical gesture that exposes the fragile construction of our perceived reality.
