Consumer Struggles
The inspiration for Consumer Struggles Retained stems from the increasing dissonance between the promises of digital innovation and the lived experiences of customers navigating these environments. It draws from the frustration and disempowerment felt in everyday interactions with technology—forgotten passwords, convoluted interfaces, and faceless automation. This artwork is a reflection on the shifting role of the customer in a world where their behaviors and desires are meticulously tracked, analyzed, and manipulated to serve corporate objectives. It questions how digital systems, designed to enhance human lives, often prioritize efficiency, data collection, and profit at the expense of genuine user empowerment and connection.
