In PRODUCTivity, Lita moves through sterile, mechanical spaces — metro, elevator, mirror — 
embodying the glitch between being and performance.
Her body becomes interface. Influenced by quantum physics and the observer effect, this episode reveals how material reality is shaped by attention, pressure, and disconnection from spirit.




I wake up and download —————myself.
Boot the body.
Sync the soul.
Update the eyeliner.
Today, I will be “her”

There are voices in my spine

They say

“Be soft, but not too soft”

“Feel, but don’t feel too much”

“Break——but clean it up after”

Now I calculate my value
in unread messages.
In unchecked boxes.
In invisible applauses.

I used to have a body.

Now I am a series of tabs open
in someone else’s dream.

Better off .. some”thing” else’s dream.

We don’t grow anymore—
we optimize.

We don’t rest—
we reset.

Somewhere along the way,
our language shifted.

Now
we « earn » rest.

We « deserve » love.

We « achieve » presence.

As if being
wasn’t enough
to begin with.

We have made our humanity
a negotiation.

We have become
projects.
Prototypes.
Products.

And we forget—
we forget—
we forget
that before we were « shaped » 
we were whole.

This poem is a somatic trace—written from the body’s subtle archives.
It unfolded through sensation. Language followed touch.
